This note contains important information, please read carefully.
We are planning to undertake an upgrade of our ticketing system this Sunday 13th June at 11.00am, as part of our continuous improvement program. We expect to complete the upgrade within 30 minutes but must inform you that you will not be able to submit tickets using this method during this period. If you require support during this period, please call 0370 757 5760.
We apologise for any inconvenience that this may cause you but we believe that you will find the upgrade will lead to major improvements moving forward.
